Cancellations requested sufficiently in advance may be eligible for rescheduling or a refund, depending on the session type and payment status. Late cancellations may not qualify for a refund.

If FitYoga cancels a session from our side, users will be offered either a replacement slot or an applicable refund. Refund timelines can vary based on the payment provider or bank processing cycle.

Package plans, promotional bookings, and discounted sessions may follow specific refund conditions shared at the time of purchase.

Payments made through FitYoga are processed using secure payment methods. Users are responsible for ensuring that the selected payment option is valid and authorized.

FitYoga does not store full card information on the platform. Transaction records may be retained for billing support, booking verification, and compliance purposes.

Any suspected payment issue, duplicate transaction, or unauthorized activity should be reported promptly so our team can review and assist.

By using FitYoga, users agree to engage responsibly with the platform, provide accurate booking details, and follow trainer guidance during online or in-studio sessions.

FitYoga content, branding, design assets, and training materials remain the property of FitYoga unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized copying or misuse is not permitted.

We may update these policies from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the latest version.
